Your team already knows where the waste is.
EVolve collects their ideas, interviews each person about the return, and ranks what comes back by net present value. You fund the top of a list instead of the loudest voice in the room.
Every other tool tells you your idea is a great idea. This one does the arithmetic and tells you which ones are not worth building.
Discovery costs nothing. AskEV only earns if you decide something is worth building.
This is what it hands you.
Eight ideas from a ten-person distributor, ranked by three-year NPV at a 10% discount rate. Seven are worth funding. One is not, and the tool says so rather than finding something nice to say about it.

Output from a demonstration tenant, EverVolt Fixture Co., a company we made up so the numbers could be shown in public. Every figure was computed by EVolve from the answers its interview collected. None of them were typed in by hand.
Three steps, and only one of them costs your people time.
They submit
Anyone can describe a problem in their own words. An assistant asks what it needs to, then shapes the rough thought into a clear proposal. Nobody has to write a business case.
It interviews
A structured interview asks how many hours, how many people, what it would cost to build and run, and how much of the saving is genuinely attributable. The submitter answers about their own job, which is the part they actually know.
You decide
Answers become a three-year NPV at your own burdened labour rate, with every assumption written down next to the number. You get a ranked roadmap you can defend in a budget meeting.
What it will not tell you.
A number you cannot interrogate is worth nothing in a budget meeting, so here are the limits before you ask.
- It counts cost savings only.
- No revenue upside, no growth multiplier, no strategic value. Those are the numbers vendors inflate, so EVolve does not claim them at all. Real upside makes the case better than what you see here, not worse.
- These are estimates, not appraisals.
- The figures come from what a person typed into an interview about their own work. They are for ranking options against each other. They are not an audit and not a substitute for your finance team.
- It needs your real labour rate.
- Savings are computed from a fully burdened hourly cost that you set, by department if you want. Give it a wrong rate and every number moves together.
- It ranks. It does not build.
- EVolve tells you what is worth doing. Deciding to build it, and who builds it, is a separate conversation you are free to have with anyone.

A short call, then a tenant of your own. If the ranked list is not worth acting on, you have lost an afternoon and learned something about your operation.
